Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 19, 2026  |  Last Updated: May 19, 2026

NoWorry Home (operated by OAKRAA LLC, "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

We designed this policy to be readable, not just legally compliant. If something is unclear, contact us — we'll explain it in plain language.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
  • Home profile data: Street address, city, state, zip code, year built, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and home system details (HVAC type, water heater age, roof type, etc.).
  • Family circle information: Names and contact information for family members you invite to your Home Circle, along with their assigned roles and relationships.
  • Documents: Files you upload to your document vault (wills, insurance policies, powers of attorney, etc.).
  • Safety checklist data: Your responses to home safety assessment questions.
  • Communication: Messages, notes, and updates shared within your Home Circle.
  • Vendor interactions: Service requests, job completion reports, and vendor ratings.

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent in the app, and device/browser type.
  • Log data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

Information from Public Sources

  • Property data: We use publicly available county assessor records (Arapahoe County, Douglas County) to pre-populate home profile information during onboarding. This data includes address, year built, square footage, and basic home characteristics. This is public record data available to anyone under the Colorado Open Records Act.

Proxy Accounts

If a family member creates a profile on behalf of a homeowner who does not use the platform directly ("proxy account"), we collect the homeowner's name and any other information the family member provides. Proxy account data is managed by the Circle Manager who created it.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the NoWorry Home platform
  • To generate your home maintenance schedule and safety recommendations
  • To calculate your home health score
  • To coordinate family members within your Home Circle based on their roles and permissions
  • To dispatch and coordinate vendor services on your behalf
  • To send you notifications about upcoming maintenance, safety alerts, and Home Circle activity
  • To pre-populate your home profile using public property records during onboarding
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To respond to your questions and support requests
  • To improve our platform, including aggregate analytics about how features are used

3. How We Share Your Information

Within Your Home Circle

Information is shared with members of your Home Circle based on their role and permissions. The permission model is:

  • Home Owner and Circle Manager: Full access to all information in the circle.
  • Care Partner: Can see home status, tasks, and documents (read access to The Plan pillar). Can take action on maintenance and tasks.
  • Service Partner: Can see and complete assigned tasks only. Cannot access documents, financial information, wishes, or family coordination data. This is a hard privacy boundary.
  • Helper: Can see and complete assigned tasks only.
  • Family Member: Read-only access to home status and maintenance. Cannot access documents.
  • Trusted Advisor: Sees only items explicitly granted by the Circle Manager.

Circle Isolation

Home Circles are completely isolated from each other. If you belong to multiple Home Circles (for example, your parents' circle and your in-laws' circle), no data crosses between them. Being a member of two circles does not create any data bridge. This is an architectural privacy boundary, not a setting.

With Vendors

When we dispatch a vendor to your home, we share: your address, the specific service requested, any relevant home system information needed to perform the job, and your first name. We do not share your documents, family information, financial data, or any Pillar 2 (The Plan) content with vendors.

With Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and user authentication
  • Vercel: Application hosting
  • Stripe: Payment processing (when applicable)

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.

4. The Permanent Home Record

NoWorry Home maintains a permanent record for each home on the platform. This record includes maintenance history, home system data, vendor service logs, and home profile information. This record is tied to the physical home, not to any individual person.

If a home is sold, the new owner may claim the home record with proof of ownership. Only home-specific data transfers — maintenance history, system records, and vendor logs. Private circle data (documents, family notes, personal information, wishes) never transfers and remains with the original Home Circle.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
  • Archived circles: When a Home Circle is archived, existing members retain read-only access for 12 months. After that, access closes but data is retained per our retention schedule.
  • Home records: Home-specific data (maintenance history, system records) is retained permanently as part of the home's record, even after circle archival.
  • Account deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will delete your account information and remove you from all Home Circles. Home-level data (maintenance records, system data) remains as part of the home's permanent record, as it belongs to the home, not the individual.
  • Vendor data: Vendor interactions and service records are retained as part of the home's permanent record.

6. Your Rights

Under the Colorado Privacy Act and applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Delete: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to the home record retention policy above.
  • Data portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Opt out: Opt out of targeted advertising (we do not currently engage in targeted advertising).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days.

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Row-level security policies that enforce role-based access at the database level
  • Authentication through Supabase Auth with secure password hashing
  • Circle isolation enforced at the database architecture level

No system is 100% secure. If we discover a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

8. Document Storage & Security

When you upload documents to your NoWorry Home vault, those files are stored using encrypted cloud storage on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Access: Only members of your designated family circle can access your uploaded documents. NoWorry Home employees do not have access to your document files.

Backups: Your documents are automatically replicated across multiple secure data centers to protect against hardware failure or data loss.

Archiving: When you remove a document from your vault, it is moved to a secure archive and permanently removed after 30 days. You may contact support@noworry-home.com within 30 days to request restoration.

No secondary use: NoWorry Home does not use your uploaded documents for any purpose other than making them available to your authorized family circle members. We do not analyze, share, sell, or use your documents for advertising or AI model training.

9. Children

NoWorry Home is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
