Terms of Service

Welcome to NoWorry Home, operated by OAKRAA LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the NoWorry Home platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About NoWorry Home

NoWorry Home is a home maintenance coordination and aging-in-place platform designed for homeowners 55+ and their families. The platform provides tools for home profile management, maintenance scheduling, family coordination, document organization, and vendor dispatch in select markets.

NoWorry Home is a coordination platform — not a home maintenance company, healthcare provider, legal advisor, or financial advisor. We connect you with independent vendor partners and provide tools for family coordination, but we do not perform home services ourselves.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may create a proxy account on behalf of another person (such as an aging parent) if you have their consent or authority to act on their behalf.
  • Each person should have only one account, even if they belong to multiple Home Circles.

3. Home Circles and Roles

The NoWorry Home platform is organized around Home Circles — coordination groups centered on one or more homes. Each circle member has a role that determines their access and permissions:

  • Home Owner: The person the platform serves. Full visibility into all circle activity.
  • Circle Manager: Manages circle membership, permissions, and billing. May be the same person as the Home Owner or a different person (such as an adult child).
  • Care Partner: A family member with broad access to coordinate care and maintenance.
  • Service Partner: A hired professional with access limited to assigned tasks only.
  • Helper: A person (such as a grandchild or neighbor) who can see and complete assigned tasks only.
  • Family Member: A person with read-only access to home status and maintenance.
  • Trusted Advisor: A professional (attorney, financial planner) with access limited to specifically granted items.

The Circle Manager controls who is in the circle and what role they hold. The Home Owner can always see all circle activity and has veto power over changes.

4. Membership Plans

NoWorry Home offers multiple membership tiers:

  • Aware (Free): Home profile, systems tracking, maintenance calendar, safety checklist, health score, and seasonal DIY guide. Available everywhere.
  • Prepared ($12/month): Everything in Aware plus document vault, family coordination, task assignment, smart prompts, and the full planning suite. Available everywhere.
  • Covered (From $99/month): Everything in Prepared plus 4 quarterly Home Care Visits with the same trusted technician, HVAC filter change every visit, annual dryer vent cleaning (no extra charge), simple tasks completed on the spot, findings report sent to your family after every visit, Welcome Home Assessment, home systems documentation, monthly family status digest, NoWorry Home Guarantee. Available at member rates: HVAC furnace tune-up $149, AC tune-up $149, gutter cleaning from $149, sprinkler activation/winterize $99. Pricing personalized to your home at your Welcome Home Assessment; homes with multiple HVAC systems start from $129/month. Available in active service markets.
  • Complete (From $179/month): Everything in Covered plus both HVAC tune-ups included (fall furnace + spring AC), annual water heater flush, annual Whole-Home Review (2-hour deep assessment with written report to family), dedicated Home Concierge with personal contact number, priority dispatch, and NoWorry Home Companion Binder (year one). Pricing personalized to your home. Available in active service markets.

Paid plans are billed to the Home Circle, not to individual members. The Circle Manager designates who pays. Adding family members to a circle does not increase the subscription cost.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Vendor Services

In active service markets, NoWorry Home coordinates home maintenance services through our network of independent vendor partners. Important things to understand:

  • Vendors are independent contractors — they are not employees, agents, or partners of NoWorry Home. We vet them (credentials, insurance, background checks), but they operate their own businesses.
  • We coordinate, we don't perform. NoWorry Home dispatches vendors and tracks service completion. We do not perform home maintenance services ourselves.
  • Flat rate pricing applies to standard services listed on our rate card. Non-standard work is quoted and approved in advance.
  • Liability: While we vet vendors and require insurance, NoWorry Home is not liable for the quality of work performed by independent vendors. If you have a concern about a vendor, report it to us immediately and we will work to resolve it.

6. Your Content and Data

  • Your data is yours. You retain ownership of all information and documents you provide to the platform.
  • License to us: By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your data as necessary to provide our services.
  • Home records: Home-specific data (maintenance history, system records, vendor logs) is part of the home's permanent record and persists independently of individual accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details on the permanent home record.
  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including home system details and safety checklist responses. NoWorry Home generates maintenance schedules and health scores based on the data you provide — inaccurate data leads to inaccurate recommendations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a homeowner
  • Access another person's Home Circle without proper invitation and role assignment
  • Share login credentials with others
  • Attempt to access data outside your role permissions
  • Use the platform to solicit, market, or recruit NoWorry Home members for competing services
  • Upload harmful content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others

8. Succession and Continuity

NoWorry Home includes tools for planning control transitions within a Home Circle:

  • Circle Managers can designate a successor who can assume the Circle Manager role if needed.
  • Succession requires confirmation from a second circle member or Trusted Advisor to prevent unauthorized takeover.
  • When a Home Owner passes away, the Home Circle does not automatically close. The designated successor or most senior Care Partner can continue managing the circle and home.

9. Limitation of Liability

NoWorry Home is a coordination and planning tool. We are not a substitute for professional home inspection, legal advice, financial planning, medical care, or emergency services.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of county assessor data used to pre-populate home profiles.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcomes of services performed by independent vendors.
  • Maintenance schedules and home health scores are informational tools — they are not professional inspections or warranties.
  • The safety checklist is an awareness tool, not a certified safety inspection.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoWorry Home's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
  • Upon termination, you lose access to the platform, but home-level data remains as part of the permanent home record.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
