No upfront costs
A small network activation fee gets you set up in the platform — but you don't pay it upfront. It comes out of your first paycheck. You start working immediately, we deduct the fee from your first payout, and you keep moving. No interest, no surprises. We'll walk you through the details on your application call.
We start every vendor with one active technician. As your jobs come in, you add techs and grow your team on the platform — same flat-rate dispatch, same guaranteed payment, more work flowing through your shop.

Founding Partner status — locked for life
The first vendors in each trade category lock in founding partner status — better rates, priority dispatch, and exclusive access to the members you serve first. These aren't temporary perks. The members you earn early stay yours.

The center of our service model. Members on our top tiers receive a full home walkthrough four times a year. This is your foot in the door, four times over, for every home you serve.
What you do
Full home walkthrough with digital checklist. Simple tasks completed on the spot (filter swap, GFCI reset, detector battery). HVAC filter change. Findings logged in app within 24 hours. 45–60 minutes per visit.
What it builds
Trust. The same homeowner, four times a year, every year. When they need real repair work outside the visit, you're already the trusted vendor in the home. The findings log surfaces the next job for you automatically.
Simple tasks are included in the visit — anything completable in under 30 minutes with standard tools. Anything bigger gets logged as a finding on the home record and becomes a flat rate job offer back to you.
